ABOUT SAMIHA (SHE/HER)
Samiha is an Associate with United Minds, part of the Weber Shandwick Collective. Samiha supports clients on a variety of change management, employee experience and internal communications projects. Samiha brings her passion for employee wellbeing, storytelling and using people-centered approaches in her day-to-day work. She loves writing and offering solutions to organizational problems that are informed by analyzing data through research; which enables her to spearhead United Minds’ weekly company-wide internal communications, the UM Weekly Clips. Prior to joining United Minds, Samiha has supported Communications work for the City College of New York (CUNY) where she also received her BA in Political Science and Media & Communications.
In addition to being at United Minds, Samiha is also pursuing a Masters of Professional Studies in Branded and Integrated Communications at the City College of New York.
