ABOUT KATE (SHE/HER)

Kate partners with clients across industries to design strategies that maximize their leadership effectiveness and organizational performance. She is passionate about helping CEOs and management teams deliver on their collective vision.​

Kate’s expertise includes change management, culture transformation, M&A, restructuring, executive development, board relations/governance, talent management and succession planning. She has been a respected advisor to top-tier organizations including Aetna, Fannie Mae, FMC, Frito-Lay, Johnson & Johnson, Kimberly-Clark, Newell Brands, The New York Times Company, Nike, Novartis, Pacific Gas & Electric, Unilever and The United Nations Foundation.​

Before United Minds, Kate founded Weber Shandwick’s global Employee Engagement and Change Management practice. During her six-year tenure, she developed it into one of the agency’s most in-demand specialties.​

Earlier in her career, Kate was Chief of Staff and Chief Communications Officer at the Atlantic Philanthropies, one of the world’s largest philanthropic foundations. She was also a partner at Mercer Delta Consulting, the change management division of Mercer Consulting (formerly Oliver Wyman). There, she worked with C-suite clients to help them implement strategic organizational changes.​

Kate earned a Master of Arts degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Denison University. She spent a year of her undergraduate degree at St. Anne’s College at Oxford University.​

Kate lives with her husband, two daughters and a “daughter,” Lulu the Cavachon, in New York City.​​
