ABOUT KATE (SHE/HER)

Kate is the Chief Executive Officer of United Minds, a global change consultancy that helps Fortune 500 clients transform their organizational strategy and effectiveness. Kate previously founded Weber Shandwick’s Employee Engagement and Change Management Center and developed it into one of the agency’s most in-demand specialties before ultimately spinning it into United Minds. ​

For over two decades, Kate has partnered with senior executives on enterprise organizational change, fostering purpose and values-driven cultures, and building employee experience strategies to attract and retain top talent. She has a passion for seeing opportunities and building talented teams to deliver on a shared vision. Kate has been a trusted advisor to a variety of clients, ranging from nonprofits to Fortune 100 companies, including KPMG, Fannie Mae, FMC, Johnson & Johnson, Nespresso, The New York Times Company, Novartis, The Population Council, Pacific Gas & Electric and The United Nations Foundation.​

Earlier in her career, Kate was Chief of Staff and Chief Communications Officer at the Atlantic Philanthropies, one of the world’s largest philanthropic foundations. She was also a partner at Mercer Delta Consulting, the change management division of Mercer Consulting (formerly Oliver Wyman). There, she worked with CEOs and their teams to help them implement strategic organizational changes. Currently, Kate is a member of the Arthur W. Page Society, a nomination-based global association for senior strategic communication leaders.​

Kate earned a Master of Arts from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts from Denison University. ​

Kate lives with her husband, two daughters and beloved dog, Lulu, in New York City.
