An international communications specialist, Catherine has led internal and external marketing communications strategies for a number of high profile companies such as ExxonMobil, ViiV (GSK), Sanofi and Nespresso. Working across diverse sectors including oil & gas, pharmaceuticals and food and drink, she has led change and communications programmes for highly matrixed organisations to deliver value for clients.
Catherine has a passion for employee engagement and enjoys working with clients to develop engaging strategies that help businesses transform their effectiveness from within. Prosci certified in change management, Catherine understand the complexities of implementing change across diverse workplaces. Catherine joined United Minds in 2020 from its parent agency Weber Shandwick and prior to that has worked extensively in B2B marketing communications. She has a degree in Linguistics and French from Manchester University and holds a CIM diploma in marketing.
