ABOUT BEN
As the leader of United Minds’ insight and strategy function, Ben develops strategies that support our clients’ people and business objectives. He brings deep expertise in research, marketing and communications to the development of corporate identities, employee value propositions, employer brands and employee engagement strategies. He also helps clients define the capabilities and organizational models required to support their marketing and communication efforts.
Prior to joining United Minds, Ben served as a senior strategic planner at Weber Shandwick. He helped clients in the financial services and technology industries reposition their brands and developed marketing strategies for consumer brands.
Ben was previously an Associate Partner with the Monitor Group, where he supported pharmaceutical and CPG product launches and portfolio reviews. Ben also led innovation projects for the airline and financial services industries and developed a long-range plan for the US milk industry.
In his 20-plus years of experience as a consultant, his clients have included Brown Brothers Harriman, Dean Foods, Heineken, Hitachi Vantara, Honeywell, Merck, MilkPEP, Nestle, Novartis and Royal Caribbean.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Yale, magna cum laude, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree in marketing and entrepreneurship from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
