Adrienne brings more than 10 years of experience in strategy and management of purpose-driven programs across the agency’s Corporate Affairs and Social Impact practices.
She builds communications strategies designed to maintain and protect reputation and engage employees for clients across sectors, from Fortune 100 companies to nonprofits and foundations. Adrienne focuses on driving employee engagement and change management strategy and programming for clients focused on the intersection of CSR and the employee experience.
Adrienne currently leads a corporate reputation initiative for Mars, Incorporated in the US, rooted in the company’s Purpose, that drives visibility through storytelling across its petcare, confectionery and food businesses. She is also leading global communications strategy for several large-scale transformation initiatives on behalf of Mars. Other clients Adrienne has managed corporate responsibility strategy and purpose program development for include Eli Lilly & Company, The United Nations Foundation and ALDI.
Adrienne is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University.
