ABOUT KELLY (SHE/HER)
Public Relations professional, graduated from Faculdade Cásper Líbero and post-graduated in Psychoanalytic Semiotics from PUC/SP, with 13 years’ experience in Corporate Communications, working for multinational and nationwide companies, across different markets and sectors, including agribusinesses, power companies, banking, healthcare and industry (steel, ethanol, glass, paper). Integrates the United Minds team leading cultural transformation projects.
Experience in managing the Strategy and Organizational Culture area, leading culture, engagement and organizational climate projects, with the application of Diagnostics and Research, in Brazil and Argentina, and the creation and the development of a methodology for Evaluating Communication Results.
Led the project for Nespresso that won the Aberje Award, regional São Paulo, in the Relationship with Employees category, in 2021. She was part of the team that won the Jatobá Award in the Internal Communication Research category for two consecutive years, with projects developed for Hapvida (2017) and Special Dog (2018) by Supera Comunicação.
Experience in the development of Leadership Training and Internal Ambassadors Network projects. Accumulates relevant practice in managing multidisciplinary teams and simultaneous projects, always seeking the team’s engagement and motivation, for continuous improvement in results.
