Chris joined the team in 2018, bringing more than 15 years’ experience in leading employee engagement and internal communications teams at global healthcare and pharmaceutical companies.​

Chris specialises in culture transformation with a focus on change management, restructuring and acquisitions, crisis management and corporate responsibility. She has worked with a number of organisations with employee bases ranging up to 48,000 to define global, culturally-sensitive internal communications strategies. She advises at C-suite level on developing leaders’ communications styles and has particular strength in message development, multi-channel management, project delivery and strategic planning.​

Prior to working in employee communications, she was a journalist and editor at a range of automotive and technology publications in the UK, as well as co-founding a community-based internet start-up. She has a degree in Psychology and English Literature from the University of British Columbia, Canada.​
