ABOUT CAROLINE (SHE/HER)
Based in London, but originally from Denmark, Caroline is working as a Manager as part of the UK United Minds team. Since joining in 2021, she has worked on employer brand, EVP, culture, change, and employee engagement projects with clients spanning the pharmaceutical, technology, and leisure industry. Her client track record to date include Microsoft, Novartis, Abbott, Travel + Leisure Co, Ericsson and ROCHE.
Prior to joining United Minds, Caroline was a business psychologist at a psychometrics and game-based assessment start-up specialising in personality and behavioural assessments as well as data and analytics. Much of her work there revolved around ensuring businesses made the right people choices, and people the right business choices through competency-based profiling and statistical analysis.
In her spare time, Caroline runs an online educational platform and blog aimed to bring the latest academic literature and research insights from the world of business psychology to the general public and, most specifically, employees.
Caroline holds a BSc in Psychology and MSc in Organisational Psychology and Psychiatry from King’s College London and a professional certificate in Intercultural Communication for Global Business from the University of Cambridge.
Caroline believes in the value of a holistically engaged and representative workforce to achieve organisational objectives, remain innovative and adaptive, and resilient in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world of work.
