She brings over a decade of experience in social impact, marketing and program management— leading communications, employee engagement and culture at Mercedes-Benz, NetApp, Franklin Templeton Investments and Salesforce. Cristina’s people-first approach has led to sustainable, global-minded social impact programs and employee resource groups. She uses creative and interactive campaigns to cultivate change and utilizes data to propel storytelling and gain stakeholders’ trust. Her proven track record has supported the growth of employee volunteerism and corporate giving, community partnerships, and facilitated cultural change and programming.
Cristina graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in International Studies. Her global mindset is inspired by her studies, travel on Semester at Sea, and working abroad in Melbourne, Australia.
