ABOUT RODOLFO

Rodolfo Araújo is Vice President and head of United Minds in Latin America. His goal is to be a trusted advisor to the top management of organizations to promote strategic counseling on topics such as branding and culture, in order to generate cohesion between employees and teams towards the fulfillment of purpose and values, as well as business objectives.​

Consultant with extensive experience in communication and branding projects, led projects for companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Shell, Nissan, Votorantim, IBM, Latam Airlines, Syngenta, Itaú, Boehringer-Ingelheim, Natura, among others.​

As a facilitator of training and workshops, managed dozens of activities in large corporations looking for insights, key message platforms, or designing new products and services.​

Served for seven years as regional leader of Insights, Analytics, Branding and CSR business units at Edelman. He also has relevant experiences through brand management, communication and public management consultancies – always managing projects.​

For one year, Rodolfo worked at the most important public education advocacy NGO in Brazil, Todos Pela Educação (All for Education), structuring from the ground ​​communication, marketing and engagement teams.​ Rodolfo is journalist, master in communication and with specialization in strategy at Insead and Knowledge Management by FGV. Already won the Editora Globo’s Journalism Award in 2011. He is the author of the book “And if you put pepper?”, on the story and strategy of retail and fashion brand Chilli Beans, besides being professor in several schools of the country. Passionate about performing arts and literature, Rodolfo is looking forward to see his first son, who is on the way. ​
