ABOUT MORGAN (SHE/HER)
Morgan is a Vice President with United Minds, part of the Weber Shandwick Collective. With a specific focus on change management and culture transformation, she has helped organizations navigate complex transition periods while helping to win the hearts and minds of employees. Her work spans across many industries and types of change efforts, including M&A, culture change, leadership transitions, restructures and new business initiatives.
Currently, Morgan supports a leading pharmaceutical company with a multi-year transformation of their patient services function. As part of this work, she oversees all aspects of change management, ranging from narrative and strategy development to ongoing change communications and leadership support. Prior to this role, Morgan served as the interim global change management lead for a global packaging company, overseeing their business reinvention efforts, M&A activity and culture transformation initiatives.
Throughout her career, Morgan has placed special emphasis on supporting mergers and acquisitions, including the merger of Fred Hutch and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance in 2022, FMC’s acquisition of a portion of DuPont’s Crop Protection business in 2017 and Boehringer Ingelheim’s acquisition of Merial in the fall of 2016.
Prior to joining Weber Shandwick, Morgan was a part of FleishmanHillard’s internal communications practice group supporting companies such as AT&T, AbbVie, Ascension and Energizer with the development of strategic employee communications on topics related to program rollouts, ethics and compliance and business transformations.
Morgan graduated from Westminster College with a bachelor’s degree in business communication and business administration.
