Jasmine is passionate about putting people at the heart of organisational change and transformation programmes. She combines 10 years experience in change management, organisational transformation and employee engagement with a background in organisational psychology. She has worked both in-house and in consulting across a range of industries including healthcare, engineering and financial services.
For the last 5 years she worked in house at British Telecom (BT) supporting large scale, complex transformation programs; finding ways to support employees to achieve organizational goals. Jasmine believes an empathy led approach to change is key to success. Jasmine is a business psychologist with an Msc in Organizational Psychology. She is based in London.
