Her innate curiosity inspires her to understand multiple perspectives of a business issue and is a driving force in how she tackles complex business challenges. Ashley strikes a balance in being able to bring emotion to a message while also being very direct and methodical in her communication style. Her keen attention to detail provides her clients with both thorough analysis and high-quality, and effective execution of their strategies.
Ashley has a passion for taking a human-centric approach to storytelling to enhance employee experiences, create sense of belonging and develop purpose-driven employees and businesses. She has led and supported various change-based efforts and communications strategies for global organizations across various industries, including KPMG, Mars, Johnson & Johnson, Humana and BMS.
Ashley attended Monmouth College where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Communications.
