ABOUT VIRGINIA (SHE/HER)
Virginia helps clients inform, engage and activate their employees during times of change. She develops and executes strategic communications programs to build internal brand equity, drive culture change and maximize organizational performance. Virginia’s experience in communications and change management spans across industries, including professional services, healthcare, financial services and consumer product goods.
In her time at United Minds, Virginia has supported pre- and post-close communications, change management and employee engagement for several mergers and acquisitions, including spearheading the implementation of multiple Change Champions programs. Additionally, Virginia has managed the communications strategy throughout multiple organizational restructurings amidst ongoing leadership changes. Virginia also served as Chief of Staff to the United Minds’ CEO, leading operations and knowledge management and supporting the leadership team in setting a strategic direction for the organization’s rapidly scaling team.
Virginia began her career in the Corporate Practice at Burson-Marsteller, where she drove corporate communications initiatives for a range of clients, focused on corporate reputation, media relations, organizational performance and issues management.
Virginia graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Dance. In 2015, Virginia was recognized as one of PR News’ Rising PR Stars. She is also a certified yoga teacher. Virginia lives and works in Portland, Oregon.
