ABOUT YULIA (She/her)
Yulia is passionate about enabling organizations to find their true purpose and helping them create cultures where people and teams feel heard and empowered to deliver meaningful results for business and society.
Before joining United Minds, Yulia worked as a Senior Consultant at One Philosophy (Kyiv), where she was engaged in strategy design and implementation of employer branding, change management and corporate culture programs; designing and facilitating visioning and strategy workshops for leadership teams, innovation strategy workshops, as well as engagements to create and revamp employee experience maps, employee engagement and change management programs. She led a Culture & Employer Branding project for an international commercial bank with over 6500 employees, which included developing an EVP model, employer brand and communication strategy, led the Bank’s leadership to define desired culture to enable digital transformation and devised a comprehensive plan of integrating the new culture in leadership practices and employee experience.
Yulia has extensive experience in integrated communications, employee engagement and public awareness campaigns. Her experience ranges from disease-awareness campaigns at targeted populations to anti-crisis campaigns to multi-year behavior-change programs and building platforms aimed at forming communities of advocates for social change, to brand-building initiatives, aimed at creating brand ambassadors among employees, customers, partners and community members. Yulia’s work has received numerous awards for creativity and impact: EMEA Sabre, European Excellence Award, KIAF and others. Her clients have included Microsoft, Jabil, HTC, Coca-Cola, Philips, Avon, Mondelez International, Raiffeisen Bank, Boehringer Ingelheim, UNICEF and others.
Yulia has received her MBA at Duke University Fuqua School of Business with a focus on Strategy and Leadership.
