ABOUT STEPHEN
Stephen joined the consultancy in 2015 and since then has overseen the growth of the United Minds business across the EMEA region. He leads a team of specialists in people, change and culture.
With over 30 years’ management consulting experience behind him, Stephen is a trusted advisor and counsellor to Boards and Executive Teams. He has counselled clients across a wide range of sectors solve challenges that help them improve their business performance and employee experience. Recently he has lead assignments for Saudi Aramco, KPMG, GSK, IBM, Nestlé, Novartis, Olympus, Prudential and UEFA. Prior to joining United Minds, Stephen led consulting teams in both Europe and North America.
Particular areas of focus for Stephen include helping clients understand and shift their organisational culture, effecting changes in employee behaviour, channeling employees as advocates for their brands and engaging stakeholders during periods of transformation. He frequently appears on conference stages and is one of the agency’s core thought leaders.
Stephen believes investing in the creation of an engaged workforce delivers great outcomes for employers and the customers they serve, which in turn benefits all stakeholders in a business.
