Raquel Huidobro
Account Director
Raquel is currently director and leader of United Minds in Mexico. She has more than 25 years of experience in employee communications building and innovating internal communications programs with the objective to stand out the way companies communicate to their main audiences: their people.
Prior to joining United Minds, Raquel lead internal comms developing employee engagement programs in multiple industries areas such as retail, banking, microfinance, real estate development, hospital services, and telecommunications, among others. As a consultant and account director she has managed accounts from all sectors, including automotive, construction, corporate, retail and technology.
She was manager of internal and field Communication at Avon Cosmetics and prior to that, he was corporate manager of internal communication at Telmex, impacting its internal audiences. Previously, he was Corporate Communications Manager at Biossman, creating the employee communications area.
She holds a BA Degree in Journalism and Comms from UNAM and specialization degrees in Change Management and Organizational Development, Marketing and Organizational Communication and Public Relations.
