ABOUT KATE (SHE/HER)
Kate McLean is a Consultant at United Minds, part of the Weber Shandwick Collective. She is an engaged, value-driven member of the team and brings enthusiasm to every project. Kate is strongly aligned with United Mind’s mission to make businesses more human, and she wants to help businesses embrace this approach and empower their people.
Kate brings a diversified skillset, having worked for both FMCG startups and multimedia conglomerates throughout her career. Prior to joining United Minds, Kate worked at a strategy, insights and innovation agency in London. It was at this firm that she gained Culture and Capability Development experience and understood the importance of culture, communication and employee experience in organisational transformation. Previous clients include bp, Aviva, The Prince’s Trust and Correlation Risk Partners.

Kate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of St. Andrews and currently lives in London. Outside of work, you can find Kate strolling through galleries, “urban hiking” or scoping out a new restaurant in her neighbourhood.
