ABOUT ALICIA (She/Her)
With over a decade of experience in HR, internal communications and employee engagement, Alicia focuses on transforming the employee experience and driving a positive workplace culture. She helps organizations navigate change and foster deeper connections with their people.
Championing the intersection of people and technology, she co-leads a global AI Champions program and facilitates workshops that help organizations adopt AI to seamlessly enhance the human element of the employee experience.
Previously, Alicia drove culture and change management success by launching DEIB initiatives, building employee-driven charitable programs, and championing recognition strategies.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Writing from Illinois Wesleyan University. Her expertise is further bolstered by a Paralegal Certification from George Mason University and specialized certifications in both Employee Engagement and Leading an AI-Powered Future.
