ABOUT FABIAN (HE/HIM)
Fabian has over 20 years of experience in change management, employee engagement, and culture transformation. He specializes in systemic change management, employee engagement strategies, and leadership alignment. Fabian has worked across Europe in a wide range of industries, including engineering, technology, infrastructure, and financial services.
Recently, Fabian led a comprehensive culture transformation within an infrastructure company. He has also worked on restructuring and departmental development programs within an engineering company, supporting leaders with strategic decisions, providing coaching, and facilitating strategic workshops and meetings.
Prior to United Minds, Fabian spent five years in a leadership position in the in-house consulting department at Deutsche Bahn AG and five years as an in-house consultant at the fashion and lifestyle company s.Oliver. Before that, he worked at smaller external consulting firms.
