ABOUT CHRIS
Chris joined the team in 2018, bringing more than 15 years’ experience in leading employee engagement and internal communications teams at global healthcare and pharmaceutical companies.
Chris specialises in culture transformation with a focus on change management, restructuring and acquisitions, crisis management and corporate responsibility. She has worked with a number of organisations with employee bases ranging up to 48,000 to define global, culturally-sensitive internal communications strategies. She advises at C-suite level on developing leaders’ communications styles and has particular strength in message development, multi-channel management, project delivery and strategic planning.
Prior to working in employee communications, she was a journalist and editor at a range of automotive and technology publications in the UK, as well as co-founding a community-based internet start-up. She has a degree in Psychology and English Literature from the University of British Columbia, Canada.
