ABOUT BECCA (SHE/HER)
Becca works as a senior consultant in the UK United Minds team. Since joining in 2022, she has worked on employer brand, digital transformation, change, and employee engagement projects with clients spanning the pharmaceutical, engineering and technical consulting, energy and recruitment industry.
Prior to joining United Minds, Becca worked at IHS Markit (now S&P Global) as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team. She developed and implemented an internal communication strategy for 16,000+ employees globally and lead campaigns, crisis response, transformation projects including mergers and acquisitions, and channels management.
Becca also worked at KPMG as a communications business partner to the Head of People.
