ABOUT IRINI (SHE/HER)
Irini Gaglos is a results-oriented Senior Consultant with a proven track record of driving organizational change and fostering inclusive cultures. Irini specializes in developing innovative, human-centric solutions to address complex business challenges. Her expertise spans multiple industries, including technology and consumer packaged goods, where she consistently delivers impactful results. Currently, Irini supports a global manufacturer of optical and digital life science solutions, helping to embed desired behaviors and shift culture through a multi-faceted communications and change management program.
Prior to joining United Minds, Irini spearheaded the development and execution of a global learning strategy for over 3,500 managers across multiple regions. Her contributions included designing highly effective eLearning series and orchestrating end-to-end project management for diverse training programs. Irini’s leadership resulted in enhanced employee engagement and measurable improvements in organizational performance.
Irini holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, along with a Coaching Certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). As the Vice President of Finance on the ATD NYC Chapter Board, she demonstrates her commitment to professional development and leadership in the field.
