Seonaid Carson
Associate Principal
Seonaid is an Associate Principal on the UK United Minds team, based in London. Since joining the team, she has worked on digital transformation (including Generative AI), change management, and leadership development programmes with clients across the pharmaceutical, financial services, and manufacturing industries.
Prior to joining United Minds, Seonaid was a Consultant at PA Consulting where she worked on change management programmes for a range of public and private sector clients. Earlier in her career, she held diverse roles within HR in a large multinational company.
Seonaid enjoys applying behavioural science and creativity to design unique experiences that inspire mindset shifts and enable people to adopt new ways of working. She is passionate about helping teams embrace Generative AI adoption, focusing on equipping people with the skills and confidence to integrate human expertise with AI’s potential.
