Jessica Uhlmann
Associate Principal
Jessica is a workforce transformation and communications expert who partners with organisations to ‘get the people bit right’. With experience spanning 13 years, Jessica specialises in change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and organisational culture. She has supported clients through complex workforce changes including mergers and acquisitions; digital transformations; operating model changes and restructures; skills-led transitions; and external reputation issues.
Jessica’s experience spans diverse industries including financial services, telco, public sector, transport, healthcare, and professional services. Prior to joining The Weber Shandwick Collective, Jessica held big four consulting, communications agency; and in-house roles. She is a firm believer in the importance of truly partnering with clients and believes great things happen by combining clients’ deep business knowledge with external perspective.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Journalism.
