Where we’ve done this work before

  • We helped a global pharmaceutical company accelerate employee adoption of Gen AI by designing a gamified learning experience modeled on The Amazing Race. Through team-based challenges at themed “stations,” employees learned best practices for using Gen AI safely and responsibly, while gaining hands-on experience with practical applications like drafting strategic plans and analyzing Excel data.

  • We partnered with a U.S.-based transportation company to boost engagement among their union-represented, field-based workforce by uncovering key motivators and aligning them with the company’s new vision. Our approach combined digital and analogue research, AI-driven persona development, and rapid message testing to tailor communications by role and location.

  • We helped a global food and beverage company to unlock the full potential of their vast data ecosystem by shifting from a centralized analytics model to one where insights are accessible to every employee. Our solution, SIMON—an AI-powered tool—standardizes data delivery, keeps reports current, and delivers real-time, visual insights through intuitive dashboards, making it the company’s most-used business intelligence tool to date.

  • We supported a major research university in empowering students, faculty, and staff to explore and adopt a university-owned AI platform by developing tailored resources and a unified engagement strategy. We discovered that attitudes towards AI—not demographics—shaped adoption, leading to a community-wide approach that included targeted training, broad-based communications, and alignment around a shared vision for AI.
