Where we’ve done this work before

  • B2B Company

    Partnering with a UK-based B2B organization, we worked with a 40+ cohort of senior leaders and middle managers to improve core leadership skills. Delivered over 6-9 months through a blend of virtual and face-to-face workshops, we drove a 52% increase in the ability to understand leadership expectations, and an overall 82% behavior change of participants.

  • Global Pest Control Company

    We delivered our short Leading Change program to a senior talent pool at a global pest control and hygiene services provider. Delivered in virtual sessions over two months, our classroom learning and group coaching in leading teams and self through change led to improved understanding, confidence and readiness to step into leadership responsibilities.

  • Luxury Fashion Retailer

    While working with a luxury fashion retailer, we developed a leadership framework and set of behavioral expectations. As a result, the company has been able to better navigate the messiness of human reactions, build long-term resilience amongst their leaders and teams, and create safe spaces to share emotions, foster accountability and problem-solve as a community. More than just developing mindset, we’ve supported leaders to take positive actions that make the transformation a reality.

  • Roadside Recovery Organization

    We helped leaders at a roadside recovery organization prepare for the change mindset needed as the industry shifts to automation. Through a gamified, pop culture experience, we engaged leaders playfully and with impact. Through a single session, 95% of participants better recognized their role in guiding their teams.
