ABOUT BECCI (She/her)
Becci is an SVP at United Minds specialising in culture change, purpose and behaviour change.
Trained in applied behavioural psychology, Becci has over eight years of extensive experience advising clients on how to create strategic culture change that sticks in the long term. With a focus on top-down and bottom-up co-creation, she’s led pioneering culture and change programmes with organisations as varied as Salesforce, Barclays, Coca-Cola, BT and Grant Thornton, many of which have been referenced as best practice within their sectors.
As an industry leader, Becci’s thought leadership has featured in Forbes, City AM and on numerous podcasts and panel events. She’s an advisor on the Board of IPG’s Business Change and Transformation Conference and recently won three awards at the Business Culture Awards for the cultural transformation programme she led with BT Openreach.
Previously, Becci headed up change management for Kin&Co. As part of the executive team, she helped to take the business from start-up to scale-up, developing new services in DEI, EVP and purpose and managing the its first regional expansion in Canada.
