ABOUT CHRISTIAN (he/him)
Christian is based in Brussels, where he leads the Employee Engagement and Change Management (EECM) work, advising international clients on how to effectively engage employees and attract new talent. His client roster has included Mars, Euroclear, Novartis, Incyte and UCB. As a change practitioner, Christian is certified in Prosci.
Prior to joining Weber Shandwick, Christian worked as a communications consultant for international consultancies based in Brussels and Germany, advising on and implementing traditional communications, digital and social media programmes.
Christian has more than 20 years’ experience as a communications consultant working with international clients. During his career, he has advised brands across a range of sectors, including GE Aerospace, Ericsson, Dow Packaging, Epson Europe, the European Photovoltaics Industry Association (EPIA), Sharp Electronics and Sharp Solar, among others.
Christian graduated in German Literature, Philosophy and Italian Language & Literature from the University of Hamburg in 2004. As a German national, he is fluent in German, English and Italian.
