ABOUT KATHARINE
Katharine Carver is a Principal Consultant within United Minds and based in New York City.
Katharine has experience helping clients execute on several employee engagement and internal communications initiatives with a particular expertise in driving cultural and organizational change, as we well as helping clients attract and retain top talent by developing a differentiated employer brand. She has worked with several clients on these initiatives across industries including financial services, healthcare and global manufacturing.
Katharine served as the global lead for Olympus where she partnered with the organization to drive culture change within the organization through the development and rollout their global Core Values and Behaviors. In addition, she also led the team in the development of the organization’s 100-Year Anniversary campaign. In addition to her employee engagement and change management experience, Katharine has over twelve years of experience in leading strategic campaigns involving executive visibility, storytelling, event planning and execution, and thought leadership opportunities.
Current and past clients have included Equitable, MassMutual Financial Group, MasterCard, Bank of America, Celgene, Sealed Air, Essilor, Acoustic and Chobani.
Katharine graduated from the Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
