ABOUT KATE (SHE/HER)

Kate Bullinger is the Chief Executive Officer of United Minds, Weber Shandwick’s global management consultancy focused on organizational transformation and change. She founded Weber Shandwick’s Employee Engagement and Change Management practice, growing it into a top specialty before spinning it into United Minds.

For over two decades, Kate has partnered with senior executives across industries—from nonprofits to Fortune 100 companies—guiding complex transformations and helping leaders navigate disruption. She specializes in building purpose-driven cultures, high-performing teams, and employee engagement strategies, while advising on AI-enabled workplace transformation, digital strategy, and the evolving future of work. She also provides executive assessment and coaching to equip leaders for sustained success in times of change.

Earlier in her career, Kate served as Chief of Staff and Chief Communications Officer at The Atlantic Philanthropies and was a partner at Mercer Delta Consulting, where she supported CEOs and executive teams through leadership transitions, restructuring, M&A, and organizational design.

Kate holds a Master’s from Columbia SIPA, a Bachelor’s from Denison University, and is certified in Hogan, DiSC, and Prosci. She lives in New York City with her husband, two daughters, and their puppy, Stevie.
