Blending her experience shaping and launching differentiated brands with her educational background in decision science and professional writing, Jordyn applies a unique combination of skillsets to internal strategy, culture and engagement, communications, and people management.
Jordyn brings vision, enthusiasm and smarts to the United Minds team from Gagen MacDonald, where she created impactful change for client teams who viewed aligning and engaging their workforce as top priority. She designs meaningful strategies, compelling narratives and holistic experiences focused on culture building, employee engagement, and change management. She has led thinking and relationships across an impressive list of clients, including Novartis, Johnson & Johnson, Frontier Airlines, Corning Inc., Ballad Health, Ensco Rowan, Northwell Health and the Denver Nuggets.
Jordyn is a born and bred Arizonan who made her way to Colorado and then Chicago after having enjoyed four real seasons in Pittsburgh at Carnegie Mellon, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Decision Science along with a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing.
