ABOUT JASMINE (She, her, hers)

Jasmine has spent the past eight years driving employee engagement campaigns, building and sustaining internal communications programs, and supporting employees during times of change.

Since joining United Minds, Jasmine has played a role in supporting several change initiatives including reorganizations, acquisitions, leadership transitions and has helped to successfully implement organizational changes by supporting and communicating to employees around the world. One of her larger projects included managing the development and execution of a change management program for TE Connectivity for an organizational transformation and set-up of their shared service centers in three global locations. She also played an instrumental role in supporting KPMG’s culture shift and launch of their new values. 

Prior to joining United Minds, Jasmine worked in the Corporate practice at MSLGROUP leading the development and implementation of internal communications, change management and employee engagement programs in multiple industries including pharmaceutical, financial services, professional services, consumer goods and others. At MSL, Jasmine specialized in and led the charge on the development and rollout of the EVP, employer brand and corporate brands for Ahold USA, Delta Faucet Company, Masco (Behr/KILZ) and HCA Healthcare. Jasmine spent her time working closely with the Global and Regional CEOs of Re:Sources (a shared-services company) providing strategic counsel and developing materials through the company’s two-year transformation. Her work also included leading the development of a new global onboarding process/program, two global recognition programs and a social recruitment program for all employees.

Jasmine graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism.
