ABOUT HEATHER (She/Her)
Heather’s philosophy on Employee Engagement is centered around Appreciative Inquiry. Gaining an understanding of what drives others, makes them tic and gets them excited to come into work in the morning is key to engaging them in meaningful work. She believes that this is how high performers who take ownership of the organization’s mission are developed.
Heather is a performance minded professional with over a decade of experience in Learning & Development. She has partnered with business leaders and subject matter experts to create training solutions and leadership development and collaborated on cross-functional teams to address diversity and inclusion initiatives for pharmaceutical and media organizations including Elan Pharmaceuticals, Thomson Reuters and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. She brings to the organization an array of professional skills, including comfort with ambiguity, a knack for organizing chaos, and a deep commitment to the principles of diversity & inclusion.
Heather earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Georgia and her Master of Professional Studies in Organization Development and from Pennsylvania State University.
