Charlie Fish is Vice President, Employee Engagement, at United Minds, part of the Weber Shandwick Collective. Charlie approaches internal communications and employee experience with a storytelling lens to keep the workforce informed and engaged, and partners with leaders on strategic, impactful initiatives to attain these results. He is also passionate about infusing creativity and diversity into large-scale solutions that drive employee value propositions.
Prior to joining United Minds, Charlie managed employee engagement and internal communications for Comcast, with a focus on training, development, and coaching. Additionally, he led employee engagement initiatives at previous companies Consumer Reports, HBO, and NBCUniversal, often encompassing and championing DE&I. His early career included seven years as a journalist, as well as an arts freelance writer.
Charlie holds a Bachelor’s in Mass Communication from Florida International University.
