ABOUT BEN
Ben has more than 20 years of experience counseling executives on business strategy, organizational design and culture change. He focuses on helping clients make and execute business decisions through a stakeholder lens to drive business resiliency, corporate reputation and valuation.
Most recently, he has helped clients drive an innovation mindset to meet business demands, make commercial and sustainability investment decisions leveraging stakeholder expectations and defined new leader and associate behaviors for an organization plagued by poor decision-making. He has also restructured communications organizations to be future-ready, repositioned companies with differentiated and inspiring corporate narratives and built strategies for winning branded and unbranded campaigns in tourism and healthcare.
Previously Ben worked as a strategy consultant with the Monitor Group. In this role, he supported billion-dollar pharmaceutical product launches, helped clients assess and rationalize portfolios and identified growth opportunities through customer segmentation. Ben also led innovation projects for the airline and financial services industries and developed a long-range plan for the US milk industry.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Yale, magna cum laude, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree in marketing and entrepreneurship from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
