Ana’s expertise includes change management, culture transformation, M&A, turnaround, onboarding and organizational development. She has been a trusted advisor to top-tier organizations including Nokia, Nokia Siemens, Equinor, Tyco, BG Group, Oi (Brazil’s largest telecom carrier) and Aegea (Brazil’s largest private water supply company).
Ana earned MBA degrees from PUC-Rio’s Management Institute in Marketing and HR Management, and graduated in Communications from the same university. She also studied in the US (University of California Riverside), UK (University of the Arts London) and Mexico (Tecnologico Monterrey) and is certified by PROSCI as Change Practitioner. She speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Ana is also a guest teacher at an open course about Employer Branding at Sao Paulo’s Cásper Libero University. After spending 2 years working in the energy commodities market in the US, Ana currently lives in Rio de Janeiro, with her husband and their ‘kid’ – a 3-year dashchund named Filet Mignon.
