ABOUT ALICIA (She/Her)
With a passion for people and a decade+ experience in human resources, legal, internal communications, and employee engagement, Alicia uses a listen-first, data-driven approach to improving the employee experience.
Alicia brings passion, enthusiasm and a range of experience to United Minds. Prior to joining the team, she achieved big wins in the employee engagement and change management arenas by leading the creation of a DEIB committee and several subset employee resource groups, launching a company-funded and employee-driven charitable initiative program, and championing employee recognition and gifting opportunities.
A native Chicagoan, Alicia now enjoys life on the outskirts of Nashville, Tennessee with her four dogs. She loves to learn and has a Bachelor of Arts in English-Writing from Illinois Wesleyan University, a Paralegal Certification from George Mason University, and is a certified Employee Engagement Specialist, as well as a Notary Public.
