Supriya Satya joined Weber Shandwick New York’s Employee Engagement and Change Management team as an Account Director in April 2017. Supriya brings six years of change management experience to the team, focused specifically on system implementations.
Supriya has experience in creating employee engagement and change management plans for different clients, and has worked with third-party vendors to drive positive change through people. She has also organized and facilitated focus groups and conducted employee and leader interviews to uncover insights that drive culture change.
Prior to joining Weber Shandwick, Supriya worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their People and Organization specialty, where she worked primarily on change management and communications around technology rollouts. Prior to PwC, she worked at a social media startup providing HR consulting services and supporting them in launching their first ever performance management system.
Supriya holds a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from New York University.
