Kate brings her experience in implementing organisational change and transformation initiatives to the team in London. Kate believes in the importance of putting people at the heart of every business decision.
Working across a variety of sectors including pharmaceutical, professional services and FMCG, Kate has helped clients implement employee engagement and change management solutions to a range of different problems. Recent projects include working with Novartis, KPMG, Mars and Saudi Aramco.
Prior to joining United Minds, Kate worked at MindGym, a Learning and Development provider, where she gained extensive experience designing and delivering L&D programmes in global and medium sized organisations across a broad range of topics and platforms. Through this work, Kate experience the value that an engaged and supported workforce can have on an organisation’s success.
Kate has an MSc in Organisational Psychology from City, University of London, and has a particular interest in positive psychology in the workplace. She carried out a qualitative MSc dissertation focusing on the role of gratitude and mindfulness on employee engagement.
