Senior Vice President

Claire leads our employee engagement and change management efforts in the UK, working with the team on all elements of our offer and ultimately helping clients manage two of their most precious assets – people and reputation. She brings great experience in working with senior leaders and delivering initiatives that create better experiences for employees, which translate into stronger results for businesses.

Claire works with clients across a range of sectors, from pharmaceuticals such as Novartis, Sandoz and Boehringer Ingelheim, to FMCG companies including Nestlé and Coca-Cola and luxury clients, such as Richemont.

With an in-house background, before joining Weber Shandwick, Claire was based in northern Italy where she led internal communications for Whirlpool EMEA. Prior to that she spent five years at Tesco PLC in a range of internal- and external-facing corporate communication roles, working primarily on employee communications and investor relations.

Educated at Durham University, it was whilst studying for her History degree that Claire really learnt how to tell good stories, while her MBA has given her the business acumen to hold her own in C-suite level discussions.
