Caroline specialises in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies. As Head of Internal communications for Insurance company AXA in the UK (10,000 employees) for 8 years, her role was to supervise ongoing internal communications, liaise with Global teams in Paris and roll out change projects across the company’s five Operating Companies.
She started her career in France in PR and Corporate Communications at Havas and GCI.
Caroline believes employee engagement is vital to performance, innovation, productivity and business success.
She speaks fluently French, English and Italian. Caroline is based in London.
