Anthea Hoyle


Anthea is a continual improver, a seeker of better and a believer of the greater good. She applies a combination of curiosity and consideration to help clients find useful, meaningful and effective ways to deliver on their business ambition in partnership with their own people. Anthea’s strategic focus combined with her empathetic client service and attention to detail continue to win her high praise from clients.

Before joining us, Anthea led Ogilvy’s employee engagement specialty. There she partnered with colleagues across branding teams to help clients deliver on their brand promise from the inside out. In this regard, Anthea has helped clients successfully navigate cultural change, business transformation and shifts in leadership. Over the last 15 years, she has worked with leading brands including American Express, Bayer, BP, DuPont, GE Capital, Merck, Unilever and UPS.

In her early career, Anthea was an account executive at a multinational advertising agency. At this particularly difficult workplace, Anthea soon realized she’d rather spend her days making work better for others. This sparked a new passion for enhancing employee experiences through purpose-driven brands and positive cultural shifts.

Anthea graduated with honors for her Bachelor of Business degree in communication from the Queensland University of Technology in Australia and was awarded one of only two scholarships offered by the Advertising Federation of Australia.
