Amber has experience and passion in change management, communications, and project strategy. She advises client leadership on how to align on large-scale change initiatives and helps employees adopt new systems and changes. She works to gain trust, buy-in, and consensus among senior leadership and key stakeholders, as well as broader audiences throughout an organization by putting creative spins on proven techniques. Amber’s approach to change management is people-focused, where strategies are built around the stakeholders who will live and breathe the change.
Amber comes to United Minds from a diverse consulting background, where she’s been the Change and Communications Lead for several projects such as: an Oracle ERP implementation at a utilities company, a data analytics program launch for a global consumer goods company, and a rollout of a project management tool in a matrixed, global consumer organization.
Amber is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
